Innovation Lab

We maintain a small production facility/laboratory, mainly because this is the most effective way to understand materials and technology. This lab is involved in prototyping, material testing, and tries to follow new innovative and evolving production methods. Through this lab our products are continually monitored. The processing of many different raw materials is studied thoroughly, to estimate how our clients' manufacturing cost and final product value are effected. This way the products that perform best are detected and others may be eliminated from our catalogs. Our lab equipment includes a 10bar/180 ^oC pressure/vacuum autoclave vessel (1000X2000 mm,) a climate autoclave chamber (1200X600X1200 mm, temp capability range from -60 to +160 ^oC), and an atmospheric autoclave (capability 5000X5000X5000 m, 90 ^oC).
